As a CRM provider, we offer an additional facility to directly make calls from our CRM. TeleCMI provides such an SDK facility.

What do you like best about TeleCMI?

We like that TeleCMI provides the supports of both domestic and international needs. It offers especially with the availability of local numbers like Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, USA, and UK. which we couldn’t access before with the other Vendors.

They also offer call monitoring, recording, and reporting features, making it easy for us to manage and review the call performance. The user-friendly interface and other features help us to update our call flow immediately. Previously which we need to work for a half day to make it live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeleCMI?

There are areas where improvements could be made, particularly in billing report and invoice generation.

The solution addresses the challenge we previously faced of relying on an on-premises system with limited local number availability for international markets.
