**Describe the project or task Tectura helped with:**

I was working for Tectura. I was deeply involved in measuring standardization of pre sales, Project management, and Customer Engagement processes. Then while I was at IBM,  I involved Tectura to use them as a sub contractor for end to end assignments

**What do you like best about Tectura?**

Strong Project Management processes
Strong IP and add ons
Transparent progress update
Honest estimation techniques and communication
Focus on project and client success
Working escalation matrix

**What do you dislike about Tectura?**

Inflexibility towards prices
Limited investment in diversifying to new technology trends
Sometimes employee satisfaction takes a toll, torn between client commitments and resource constraints.

**Recommendations to others considering Tectura:**

Engage with Delivery leaders adn meet the team who is going to work on the engagement

**What problems is Tectura solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an internal customer, setting up an ERP system integrated with time entry and approval to allow us to 
1. benchmark time utilization and improve our performance
2. identify leakages
3. measure performance and success
4. Improve billing and collection processes
5. Standardize reporting
6. Have one single version of truth for most MIS data
