I love Teamtailor for its super easy-to-use interface, especially for non-recruiters like my retail hiring managers who aren't familiar with bigger ATS products. The drag-and-drop interface, friendly colors, and easy-to-understand steps make training new hiring managers a breeze. I really appreciate the collaboration pieces for working with hiring managers. Posting jobs to job boards works seamlessly, and I really like how easy it is to generate a QR code for applicants. It's also easy for candidates to apply with Teamtailor, which helps our brand shine. The integration with Google Calendar is awesome and makes scheduling efficient. Overall, Teamtailor has been straightforward to set up and use, and I give it a 10 on the likelihood to recommend it, though I'd consider company size since scalability may vary. I wish it could sync with my Google Workspace account; that would be amazing, if I could just have my Teamtailor To-Do list sync with my Google Task List (or Asana task list).
