One thing that I think is a bit clunky are the bug defects within the system platform. Things break relatively often; and the onboarding for implementation is very heavily DIY, which is incredible for tech savvy pros but for the average joe, setting things up manually at scale, it's not for the faint of heart. This has NOTHING to do with our rep, Camille, she was wonderful and thoughtful, but the system has some hiccups that disrupt the flow of candidates at the beginning. There are so many great features, and different pieces stand out to me at different times. But consistently, the clean sleek interface and the intuitive design are what constantly are at the top of my list. It helps naturally guide me through the site, and also colleagues I work with who don't live on the site day in and day out like I do. Additionally, the responsive customer service is a standout - Teamtailor won't stop until they've helped me solve my challenge, and they do it with personalized conversations and customized links and screenshots regularly. In a perfect world, Teamtailor would allow our organization to better organize our questions and templates as time goes on. We wish we could post an ongoing job like custodian or bus driver year by year, instead of sort of having an "all time" post, or having to archive and republish each year. I love that Teamtailor is a one-stop shop with scheduling, filtering, AI tools, and a clear rating system,it makes recruitment much easier. I like Teamtailor's structure and flexibility. It's great that I can change things and consistently track our roles and performance. Communicating with applicants is really easy, and the automation and AI functionality are impressive. It's user-friendly, and I appreciate our account manager, Daniela who is always available when I need support. The AI helps screen candidates, which we can then review personally, making recruitment efficient with a mix of AI and human interaction. I really like the ease of use of Teamtailor, it's truly a major asset. The reports are very user-friendly and require little manipulation, which is very efficient for senior management. The ability to identify duplicates is rare and very, very interesting for us, it's an excellent point for the efficient management of applications. I noticed that when I created three open job positions, they didn’t appear in the order I would have liked. I couldn’t drag and drop to arrange them myself, and it seemed like the only sorting option was by “created date” (unless I missed another way to sort them). How user-friendly the software is. It has a lot of integrations that help me to automatize and do my job in the fastest way possible but still keeping quality in our recruitment process. Pricing is quiet a budget but honestly I have a good commercial relationship with my teamtailor advisor and I think the client service is worth the money we are putting in. Since it has a lot of integrations, I do think the more I add them up, the more I have bugs. For example, I do waste a lot of time sometimes because of kits interviews that are not properly register. An automatic saving of the data we put in could help a lot and avoid stress around bugs in interview kits. Regarding AI, I don't know if you guys have trainings but I don't use it that much on teamtailor - I do not think that it is that much user-friendly and most of the time when I do see the IA it is only for resumes analysis and honestly it is not that good. A thing that could be great with IA is to have automatic kit interviews that are generated for us to review following a job opening and an analysis of the job description.
