**What do you like best about Teamgate?**

Their above-and-beyond attentiveness to our customer service and tech support inquiries has been truly extraordinary. TeamGate's support teams are always quick to respond to our emails, and happy to jump on a video call anytime we feel we could use the extra support and face time to help us better utilize their software.

Every CRM has its own nuances that help or hinder a user's ease of engagement with the software. Fortunately, the intuitive ways that TeamGate has structured their GUI and customer-data integrations truly make me and my co-workers jobs MUCH easier.

**What do you dislike about Teamgate?**

When combined with their world class customer service, there's genuinely nothing I have found that I disliked about TeamGate that they didn't immediately have solutions and/or workarounds for.

**What problems is Teamgate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamGate's custom mapping, and ability to easly create even complex workflows allows our company to easly structure and organize our diverse types of leads, deals, and email drip campaigns.

I missed some features in our business plan that are essential for sales. You could choose another option with all the features you need, but it would cost much more than a small company could afford.

**What do you like best about Teamgate?**

Ease of interaction with the leads or customers. The contact management feature is just fantastic. It also showcases your open opportunities which helps in building a proper sales pipeline which is really very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Teamgate?**

Being a cloud based CRM software, if server is down then whole work gets stuck, though its rare but happens with me atleast once in a month, which is not a big deal but it's a thing I would like to mention.
Other than this there are minor bugs which depends on many factors such as page loading speed. Customisation of dashboard or modification of other fields must be made available so that one can prioritise accordingly as per their goals in achieving sales.

**What problems is Teamgate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being into sales, it clearly showcases Sales pipeline of every individual working in an organisation. It gives clarity on how much approximate revenue one can expect in each month. The task management is great, integration with email client is best especially with Gmail, workflow management is so good that we can prioritise work accordingly, pipeline visualisation is shown which is very helpful in improvising as per need.

**What do you like best about Teamgate?**

Its the most user friendly CRM i've used. It is seamless to integrate/implement, and is simple to understand. Data entry is a breeze and the analytics/insights and dashboard provide great feedback for all users. 

It is also worth mentioning the near immediate support available - making the transistion to the program an incredibly straighforward process.

**What do you dislike about Teamgate?**

I am yet to encounter a legitimate downside to the program.

Provides detailed and actionable analytics. Easier to identify areas of friction. Client management is simple, allowing users to better understand clients and their needs.

It's very simple and easy to use, it intergrates with a lot of platforms and makes it easy to get information/data into the platform. The insights and dashboard features helps provide a great summary for the sales pipeline.

The only thing I could say is sometimes running slow and a few bugs here and there but overall no major issues.

TeamGate makes it easy to track all prospective clients as they go through the sales pipeline. This benefits our company because we can see each lead go through each stage.

**What do you like best about Teamgate?**

I was surfing the Teamgate site between meetings looking for specific answers to a client solution I was working on.  Connected with Bonnie near instantly and had most of my questions answered on the spot.  Bonnie promised to obtain the remaining answers that day and did not disappoint.  I had a response from Chase the Head of Sales before EoD - totally blown away based on the level (lack of) response I have had from several other companies I had reached out to for information.

Met with Chase and had a great discussion: smart, helpful and professional.  While my client decided on another route, I was so impressed with Teamgate that I have subscribed to use it for my small consulting business.  In the process of getting setup now and so far I really like what I see.  Clean, intuitive interface, and well thought out design.  I am not a referral partner but might become one because I think this a really great company with a great solution!  Check them out!

I have nothing to complain about.   I really like what I have seen from this company!

I was looking to use Teamgate to solve a problem/need at one of my clients.  Teamgate would be a great fit, client has decided to go with a manual process for the first few iteratrions of this project.

**What do you like best about Teamgate?**

I adore Teamgate because of its quick, user-friendly, and understandable management system. In addition to having everything at my fingertips on my main page, it also enables me to view the sales team's management in real time. Additionally, it enables me to schedule crucial meetings with management or a member of my sales team using the calendar.

**What do you dislike about Teamgate?**

Nothing has to be added, and if there is anything wrong, Team Gate will fix it right away!

**What problems is Teamgate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I first started using this software, everything changed and now I can see all of my sales clearly and much more easily than I could a little over a year ago. In order to organize everything, we needed a team of people to help us gather the data, which was a tedious and time-consuming process.

It's simplicity. The dashboard is neatly laid out that you can see where you are in the sales process with each lead and it's very easy to communicate and track where you are in the process.

There isn't anything I can think of that's not to like.

Though I used Teamgate for the acquisition of clients, I also used it to manage candidates in my recruitment business. It was very simple and effective to use enabling me to see where each of my prospective candidates were in the process

**What do you like best about Teamgate?**

We evaluated almost every CRM thoroughly and found Teamgate to be one of the best for several reasons. They have a Google Workspace integration that allows it to be used for emailing and calendar, without having to leave the CRM. The tool is easy to use overall, and the UI is one of the nicest among CRMs. The API integration works well, and the support is good.

**What do you dislike about Teamgate?**

For larger organizations, some features and analytics could be improved compared to Salesforce.

It's the best platform to track and improve sales processes and customer management.
The meeting calendar tool is often the most used feature in the application.

I think the thing I would dislike about this is that it is not that well integrated with other tools that are commonly used for Sales operations.

Teamgate helps me identify reasons for reduction in sales or returns using their reporting features and lets me create an action plan with the team to enable a more efficient sales process.

**What do you like best about Teamgate?**

Teamgate was selected as our CRM tool as they were the only ones who could provide us with a customizable package for our needs, for a reasonable price. Every account gets an experience manager for any queries and customer care is very responsive. The CRM tool itself is modern, clean design and with a good statistics module.

**What do you dislike about Teamgate?**

Teamgate is relatively new and features are added regularly, which means that some features which you would like may not be present or may need to be integrated with an external tool/website. It cannot be integrated into our ERP system, which meant that it remained a stand-alone application for sales personnel to use, and this reduced its popularity.

**What problems is Teamgate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through Teamgate, we had a clear view of our prospects and sales pipeline to foresee our business growth for the future, and in which direction. We could easily see in which stage of the sales process we needed to improve to get more success, and a lot more other insights.

**What do you like best about Teamgate?**

It is a simple and powerful CRM based marketing tool designed to help you with your entire marketing process.  It is a tool that gives you the opportunity to learn and use it easily, analyze results in real time, guide future sales and increase growth from closing your prospects to sales.  You can easily grow your business with award-winning organisms like Zero.  Frederick, Intercom and more.  It's easy to get started and has a nice interface.  If you are using this tool for the first time, you do not need to look around to find out how to use it.  Open the software to upload your contacts and details and manage your team's needs and desired results and find the deals that suit you.  Reminders about your actions, you can decide on a standard order on the go, what happens, who works, and the trading channel is very smart, select the deal you want and drag it.  Manage your low and lost needs with good results and after a few months of use, you will get an idea of ​​the limitations and reasons for losing contracts that will lead you to better choices and solutions.  It provides a lot of detail on the big screen and you don't feel lost while working on it but if you really want to dig deeper you can go to the leader cards and set your priorities for better review.

**What do you dislike about Teamgate?**

There are no automatic jobs that you can change according to your instructions.  There is only one option to use and use, but it is best if you change it according to how easy it is to use.  Information and operations can no longer be retrieved.  It only takes half an hour to sort the data, and there is no continuous set.  You can connect to a Gmail calendar, but you can not use email and email subjects.  Integrated for project management and lost independence.

It is a web hosting management software program that works as a team and shares your main workload across job sharing, project paths, product management, network management, sales process analysis and results.

**What do you like best about Teamgate?**

Thanks to my long experience using this type of software I can say that I love the simplicity and effectiveness that this teamgate software has to be able to have all the information that we need organized in one place in one platform. I can enter my platform and have access to the doubts of my clients to have information about each sale or product and that my team and I are managing and thus have a clear vision of everything that happens in my company.

It should be noted that there are small software errors that sometimes do not allow me to fully enjoy this platform are errors that happen sometimes design and customize the platform to a taste more suitable for the client and on the other hand I think that the technical support from time to time is not always as effective as one expects

I really recommend this software. It's going to save you a lot of time and money.

This particular software unlike others like it has fulfilled all my needs as a user a few months ago my team and I were looking for a software like this and we tried many and only teamgate managed to meet all expectations so we decided to stay with it also has a pretty good cost

I love this software because it makes it much easier for me to do my work and sales in a much more organized way and automatically this software contains many tools that allow me to have a much more comfortable and simple work environment. The calendar tools are very useful and allow me to choose a date for an important meeting if I need it and my employees or co-workers can access this platform to also manage it very easily!

I don't think it is something that I dislike very much but if it is something that I would like them to change and it is that for a long time this platform has the same thing and it seems to me that it needs an update to implement many more things and that it is much more dynamic than it is at the moment that would help this software grow much more

A little more than a year ago it was very difficult for me to have a clear vision of all my sales and to be able to have it organized we needed a team of people who helped to gather all the data which was an extensive and very annoying process but since I use this software everything changed now I can have a clearer vision of all my sales and in a much easier way!

**What do you like best about Teamgate?**

I really like Teamgate because it has a fast, friendly and comprehensible management system, where you have everything at hand from your main screen, it also allows me to see all the management of the sales team in real time. Also, it allows me to use the calendar in order to be able to establish important meetings with the management or with a member of my sales team.

Thanks to its reporting system I can see and fully evaluate the reasons for the returns on sale, have a broad view of all the businesses and processes that my company performs based on these reports I can establish a comprehensive action plan.

**What do you dislike about Teamgate?**

Something I do not like about this system are the errors that arise from time to time, also the little customization of each of the functions according to my requirements, however, this was reported to the technical assistance team and they promised me to get a solution quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Teamgate:**

If you are looking for a complete sales management system. Teamgate is the solution for you because it helps you to enter the inventory easily, you can create powerful forms for your clients and your work team in order to assess the level of satisfaction of all. Its price is somewhat expensive, but it will undoubtedly be the best investment for your business.

**What problems is Teamgate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to teamgate I can see the performance of sales management by issuing detailed reports in order to eliminate the functions that are not necessary and thus facilitate the decision-making process. Thanks to this system my business was able to maintain a continuous growth.

There are so many benefits to mention that it would not give me the time or space to be able to mention everything.
