I also like that once a project reaches a certain stage, it can trigger things to be sent out, like emails or tasks, working on a flowchart basis where certain actions happen at specific points. When setting up users and their access at certain stages, it wasn't always clear or defined. We had to give them whole access because it wasn't possible to tailor the access as needed, which made it hard because they didn't need access to the whole process.
