**What do you like best about TaxConnex?**

The personalized service is wonderful. All of the advisors are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and responsive.

**What do you dislike about TaxConnex?**

We dont dislike anything about Tax Connex.

**What problems is TaxConnex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tax Connex handles all of the sales tax calculations and reporting for our small e-commerce business. We looked for a long time for a Sales Tax provider we could trust. We were tearing our hair out trying to comply with Sales Tax regulations across 50 states, and as a small business, it was hard to find an affordable vendor that still provided the level of service we needed. 

We found the automated services to be more about a hard sell, rather than trying to understand our needs. They are expensive and still don't provide all of the service that Tax Connex does. We also found some of their calculations to be questionable. Basically, we pay Tax Connex the same amount for full service that we would pay for automated that would still require us to submit and manage everything ourselves. As a small business, who has the time for that?
