TaxConnex Reviews & Provider Details

Tax Connex handles all of the sales tax calculations and reporting for our small ecommerce business. We looked for a long time for a Sales Tax provider we could trust. We were tearing our hair out trying to comply with Sales Tax regulations across 50 states, and as a small business it was hard to find a vendor that was affordable, yet still provided the level of service we needed.

We found the automated services, to be more about a hard sell, rather than trying to understand our needs. They are expensive and still don't provide all of the service that Tax Connex does. We also found some of their calculations to be questionable. Basically, we pay Tax Connex the same amount for full service that we would pay for automated service, that would still require us to submit and manage everything oursleves.
