"Cost-Effective Solution with Excellent Support"

What do you like best about TaxCloud?

I really like the very good technical support and ease of use of TaxCloud. It allows us to upload our own tax exemption forms, which saves time. They also customized the program to meet our specific needs, like having our accountant handle state taxes while TaxCloud tracks state orders. I appreciate that TaxCloud calculates tax quickly without constantly contacting the server, which speeds up Quickbooks and prevents crashes. Even though we manually enter orders from outside our ecommerce platform, TaxCloud makes that process fairly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TaxCloud?

I wasn't able to switch over to QuickBooks Online, which is what TaxCloud is designed to work with, and I am still using QuickBooks Desktop. The orders we get outside of our e-commerce platform have to be manually entered into TaxCloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At TaxCloud, we’re focused on supporting businesses as sales tax gets more complex, helping them stay confident as they grow. We currently offer a direct QuickBooks Online integration available through the Intuit App Marketplace (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails/taxcloud/), where our app is officially reviewed and published by the Intuit team. For QuickBooks Desktop and other systems, customers can use TaxCloud’s CSV upload, which we’ve recently enhanced to be faster and more efficient.

"Affordable and Easy Nexus Filing with TaxCloud"

What do you like best about TaxCloud?

I use TaxCloud for filing nexus for my website. I find that TaxCloud keeps track of each state's requirements and does the filings for them, which is really helpful. I like that the cost is very reasonable for smaller businesses. The setup for TaxCloud was very easy, and they have a great onboarding system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
