I really like the very good technical support and ease of use of TaxCloud. It allows us to upload our own tax exemption forms, which saves time. They also customized the program to meet our specific needs, like having our accountant handle state taxes while TaxCloud tracks state orders. I appreciate that TaxCloud calculates tax quickly without constantly contacting the server, which speeds up Quickbooks and prevents crashes. Even though we manually enter orders from outside our ecommerce platform, TaxCloud makes that process fairly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TaxCloud? I wasn't able to switch over to QuickBooks Online, which is what TaxCloud is designed to work with, and I am still using QuickBooks Desktop. I find that TaxCloud keeps track of each state's requirements and does the filings for them, which is really helpful. I like that the cost is very reasonable for smaller businesses.
