When I add a task to my Google calendar, I can open TasksBoard and see all tasks I have added. I can organize the tasks by due date and create lists to assign specific tasks. **What do you dislike about TasksBoard?** Sometimes when I drop and drag a task to a list, it doesn't want to drag over. This can be a bit frustrating when I am trying to categorize my tasks. **What problems is TasksBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** TasksBoard allows me to see all my tasks in one complete list. Although I like categorizing my tasks, I prefer to see one complete list so that I can organize the tasks by due date. Taskboard allows me to add any tasks or Todos list on the go will enable me to do my tasks just by reminding me on the set time. Some of the key features which I love to use on TaskBoard are the following: It is linked with my Gmail account, and hence, just by logging in any devices, I would quickly know my tasks/ Todos list. It tracks the delay caused against each task/ to-do item based on its due date set. In taskboard it is easier to set repeating tasks also. **What do you dislike about TasksBoard?** Taskboard allows user to organize/group or categorise the tasks/to dos list. But, One thing I dislike around this grouping is that, When I create tasks under inappropriate bucket or category, there is no way to move to other category. **Recommendations to others considering TasksBoard:** I would recommend Taskboard for the users who wants to track thier daily tasks and to-dos . Taskboard will help in achieving greater productivity and avoid missing any targets. With help of taskbaord, I always try to track the top three things that to be done each day. And I always try to do the top 3 three things I planned in taskboard for the day. **What problems is TasksBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** With help of Taskboard, it allows me to achiebve greater productivity and give clear view about my takls that I need to takle as per my plan. I created my first board a long time ago and when I signed up for premium it was to make a new board and keep everything separate.. BUT I needed my new task board to be first... you can not switch them. I had to recreate them both def helps keep my notes in notes ### 7. Other than that Taskboard - (paid version) has the functionality to put labels on which can be easily sorted and used. It can also enable you to share the tasks with your peers, and maintain them at an organizational level. **What do you dislike about TasksBoard?** It is over-priced, in fact paying for multiple members turns out to be very expensive. There are other Saas providers that are better priced. And something that is peculiar is, it offers different functionalities on the mobile app, and desktop: The app syncs perfectly well between the two devices, but they offer different functions which don't make sense. **Recommendations to others considering TasksBoard:** If you have money as a considering factor, you can opt for better-priced options, Asana - free version can let you work with other members on multiple boards without paying, which is a paid feature in the case of Google Tasksboard. **What problems is TasksBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a quick to-do list for teams. Since it's by Google and we have Google workplace ids (formally G-suite), it has made it really easy to keep things updated across people in our organization without any out-of-the-way interaction. The main function, as the name suggests, is pinning and marking up tasks that need to be completed. That works well. In addition, you can assign tasks to your team members under specified labels for better communication. ### 11.
