Today, the process of scoping is a completely manual process; enterprise companies are losing an average of $66Bn through inefficiencies in IT and software project scoping leading to cost and timeline overruns. aHowever, F500 companies are sitting on a treasure trove of data in their project management systems, git version control and workforce directories. We connect to this data via an API, and using ML models, predict how to build their software (technical tasks), how long projects should take (timeline) and who will execute (team) when starting a new project. ## Tara.AI Reviews ### 1. It can categorize tasks by several easy and essential components like story, type, priority, status etc. The drag and drop facility for sprint management is a super ease for the users. **What do you dislike about Tara.AI?** Not that much issue are there. In TARA if we want to connect with other tools that facility is paid. Some of my team members faced once/twice issue in drag and drop feature. **What problems is Tara.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizations can easily see their progress and remaining work in TARA, which hepls them to plan accordingly for next releases. Task management is also becomes very easy for the organization. In one word, it's an awesome tool. ### 2. The way you can easily drag and drop the task from the list to sprints just makes my life so much easier while managing sprints. **What do you dislike about Tara.AI?** Sometimes UI doesnt respond to drag and drop and also when you create new task you have to press enter to register that task instead of that if their would have been a button that would have been nice. Also while auto sprint management when we complete some task and move it to across sprints the points overloaded doesnt changes. **What problems is Tara.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sprint and task management. Having all the issues and tasks in one place and managing sprint by sprint is an awesome feature. Adding points to a task gives us the depth of task complexity and with auto sprint, you simply move the unfinished task to the next sprint. ### 3. Allow to import task list from other tools. Add alert functionality with automated mail if task is not completed in allocated timeframe. **What problems is Tara.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to create and complete my sprints faster and able to track all tasks of my team.
