What do you like best about TapOnIt?

The platform offers more than just basic SMS text, but also offers MMS and other eye-catching features for messages to help drive conversions. The platform is well thought-out and user firendly. But by far, the Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL! They are always willing to help and even open to consider new ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TapOnIt?

TapOnIt's product is an extremely easy-to-use and effective communication platform that brings texting to life in vibrant new ways. Their solutions are simple, yet powerful, offering rich media marketing, API integrations, creative support and strategy and more. The audience segmentation for sending texts is still a work in progress, though they have made some improvements since we first began using the product. It's not a huge problem for us, but it can be a pain point at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
