The Talview team have been great to work with since implmentation in 2023. The team are very approachable and supportive, assisting us to solve problems quickly and are very responsive to feedback. Talview focus on creating a positive experience for students and staff and are always looking at ways to improve their product, processes and the overall user experience. Talview have been very generous with their time, setting up weekly meetings with our team and responding quickly to emails and messages. The tecnical challenges (due to several factors) has been a challenging aspect of the user experience. At Canara HSBC Life, we use a sales hiring process where vendors initially register on the portal. Later, we screen the candidates and update feedback in the portal. If a candidate is selected, we initiate an assessment, and based on that, we arrange a panel interview to proceed further. The final step is to download the IAF.
