**What do you like best about Talkspirit?**

I like that Talkspirit serves as a professional medium where we can discuss work plans and strategies, and also receive notifications about upcoming events. I appreciate that it helps us understand real-time discussions about future actions and strategies, and provides daily news from every department, keeping us up-to-date. I enjoy being able to connect with anyone in my organization, which saves time and energy and ensures I connect with the right person. Plus, we receive daily announcements from higher authorities on a timely basis. The initial setup was easy and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

None as of now. I will update here if come across any in the future.

**What problems is Talkspirit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talkspirit helps my team with real-time discussions on strategies and upcoming actions, keeps us updated with news from all departments, and connects me directly with the right colleagues, saving time and energy.

**What do you like best about Talkspirit?**

Talkspirit is a platform for collaborative work. It has all the standard features that make working with partners—including those from other countries—easy. I frequently work with multiple individuals on a single document, so you can see the contributions of other authors as well as the reviewers' remarks. I was very pleased with the Zotero add-on, which makes it possible for all writers to maintain bibliographic references collectively. It saves a significant amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

So far as I can tell, there are no concerns with this utility. However, sometimes the Talkspirit application took longer to load than planned. Aside from this, I've never had any troubles with Talkspirit. Working with video data, I'd like to be able to include videos in my PowerPoint presentations, which is not currently possible. On some days, the platform is slow.

Talkspirit serves as a platform for group projects. It offers every common feature that facilitates collaboration with partners, including those from distant nations. You may see the comments of the reviewers as well as the contributions of other authors because I often collaborate with several people on a single document.The Zotero add-on, which enables all writers to record bibliographic references collaboratively, really impressed me. A substantial amount of time is saved.

Talkspirit is highly in effective and efficient to communicate with team and colleague. Also used for discussed plan and make it up-to-Date with other department's. Quick and real-time chat, picture and file share with users. Announcement and notification is very accurate.

File sharing is getting slow in sometime. User interface is compromised.

**What do you like best about Talkspirit?**

The Talkspirit platform has become a tool I use daily since my company gave us access to it. Talkspirit has the advantage of being usable directly from a web browser, which greatly facilitates its use, especially for me who works on Linux, with no compatibility issues with an application. It has everything: chat, drive that includes an editor for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents, video call links that work very well even for many connected people. The video call feature is also usable by external people without needing an account. We can create groups, polls, and there are also a whole bunch of plugins for project management. I highly recommend this tool, I couldn't do without it anymore!

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

Working with video data, I would like to be able to include videos in my PowerPoint presentations, which is not currently the case. And there are days when the platform is slow.

**What problems is Talkspirit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being on Linux, I cannot use either Skype for Business or the Office suite software, Talkspirit replaces all these tools for me. I use it as a file editor even though it is not collaborative.

**What do you like best about Talkspirit?**

With Talkspirit, you can create a project space where all consortium participants can discuss and edit texts simultaneously. It's very efficient. No heaviness!
The large shared archiving space is a strong point. In scientific research, projects always need a database of articles that is easily accessible nearby.
The project management tools are still underdeveloped but are already usable.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

The tools for project management are still in their infancy, but this leaves room for improvement. Video conferencing is sometimes improvable, probably related to the available bandwidth. When this happens, the visuals flicker or decrease in resolution. It can be unpleasant. As a result, we are less inclined to gather many people.

TKS facilitates the setup and management of scientific projects with large consortia (more than 5 partners).

Having multiple tools on the same platform: chat, video conferencing, shared documents, calendar with events, etc. All these elements are easily accessible and the interface is intuitive, making the use pleasant. With Talkspirit, it is easy to communicate not only with members of the same team, but also at the department level, and even with external members to the company.

There are some access issues with Talkspirit and slowdowns from time to time. The use of heavy documents or those containing videos is not always possible.

The timeline and chat groups make it easy to scope every interaction.

Talkspirit offers lots of features, but they are lacking in maturity.

The organization with the news feed, chat, and drive at the same time with the work groups is interesting. The integrated Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are very useful. Video calls are generally reliable.

Lack of options in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel compared to the Microsoft versions. Sometimes bugs occur during video conferences (microphone or video input doesn't work).

Quick access to the platform: Desktop applications provide a way to quickly access the platform, often with just one click. You don't need to go through a web browser or search for the application icon.

I downloaded it on my phone, but it doesn't work. However, the individual applications work. (Mon coffre, My Edenred, and Aésio)

Easily access my pay slips: I can download my pay slips in PDF format. This allows me to keep them for my records or print them.

Talk Spirit has allowed us as a payroll software association to communicate with all the members of each company smoothly and to share news like a corporate social network. What I like most about talkspirit is its simplicity and the ability to download the app on a smartphone. Additionally, we can communicate through newsletters and share documents.

There is a lack of ability to send a newsletter to a specific group.

**What do you like best about Talkspirit?**

Talkspirit is a collaborative work platform. It contains all the usual features that allow for smooth collaboration with partners, including those abroad. I very often collaborate with others on the same document: you can clearly see the contributions of different writers, as well as the comments from reviewers. I particularly appreciated the Zotero add-on, which allows for managing bibliographic references: the module enables all writers to manage references together. It's a considerable time saver...
I also appreciate the platform's animation by Talkspirit, which keeps you informed of new features as soon as they are released, or allows you to train on them via a webinar.
Finally, the fact that a video tool is integrated into Talkspirit and coupled with the calendar makes it easy to schedule meetings. And the tool works very well, despite everyone's firewalls.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

As always, the adoption of this kind of tools by partners is not necessarily a given: not all features are used to their full potential!

**What problems is Talkspirit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently working on a European project, bringing together several partners. Talkspirit allows us to collaboratively draft the expected deliverables and review them, but also to organize the documents related to each work package and to communicate information in ways other than email (chat, news feed, and video calls). Thus, all partners have access to the same data at the same time, which facilitates communication among us.

We can have a significant workforce during certain times of the year, and communication can be impacted by this volume. We have implemented Talkspirit across all our teams. The tool has allowed us to have a single communication channel and to be able to broadcast to everyone. Additionally, we use the project tab daily to manage and share our ToDoList.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

The "project" section could be improved with, in particular, access to the project tab from mobile phones.

The best thing I loved so far about this software is that you can get updated without any manual command execution. So, you will get updated about the UI updates, messages, collaborations, and coming projects. It is very easy to implement functions here and perform data screening plus other tasks. Thus, you will get an easy approach for the guest login and audio editing services.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

There come lots of compatibility issues for desktop and android versions. With that said, you need to add extra features for external sources to bring video chat options. Furthermore, the software lags while working on heavy operations.

We can get the advantage of orientation sessions and demos as a buying guide. In addition, we will not find this one complex to set up in the system and navigation is quite easy here. Furthermore, we can share files, documents, collaborative texts, and comments with the use of this premium platform. This is one of the advanced communication platforms with the best personalization features for profiles.

Talkspirit is very easy to use and can be configured to reflect our preferences. This has allowed to better bond with our employees. The support is very good and efficient to set it up.

**What do you like best about Talkspirit?**

I appreciate the easy thematic working group creation, private chat in the group and discrete notifications about something changed in the private group drive or chat.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

there are still some compatibility limitations regarding rendering styles in MSOffice documents (Word,Powerpoint mainly) that may prevent true equivalence of document elaborated collectively online and the final docuement revised locally by main author.

**What problems is Talkspirit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it solves : simultaneous elaboration of collective document in different sections , sharing unique reference document avoiding to work on outdated  revisions circulated by emails, reducing the timeframe to elaborate a relevant document when all remote people can actually work during the short period.

It is very useful tool for communication and collaboration, because of the it's interface and the mainly it's features i liked most. It was helping me alot because here only we can share the files and we can schedule a instant message or video conference also

I don't think so there is any dislikes in this tool, but only onething i can mention that is some times while I'm using the Talkspirit application it was taking more time to load. Except this i never had any issues with Talkspirit.

Because of the team collaboration only we are using talkspirit to communicating by day to day basis, because it was help full for us in different ways like video conference with instant and we can share our files directly in Talkspirit because it is end to end encrypted. We no need to worry about our data

**What do you like best about Talkspirit?**

Beyond the simplicity of use, the ergonomics are very pleasant and customizable. The concept of a "salon" is very practical and quick for reaching out to targeted colleagues on a specific topic. This avoids endless emails and saves us a lot of time. The mobile app allows us to never lose track even when on the move without a PC. The "headline" system also allows our management to communicate continuously and in a structured way all important information that can be easily found through keyword search. In short, it's remarkably effective.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

We only have 2 months of usage, so at this stage, nothing particular. However, I would appreciate knowing when a colleague I would like to contact is already on a TALKSPIRIT call. The green dot turns orange, for example...

**What problems is Talkspirit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a company based exclusively on remote work, this immediately created a connection between us and efficiency in exchanges. As soon as the instruction was given to switch to the platform, the adoption of TALKspirit was immediate and all other platforms were abandoned for our internal exchanges. Big time saver on accessing important instructions. Great tool for integrating new employees.

Notifications that swell an already full inbox. But it is enough to get into the habit of going to Talkspirit by opening your computer and checking all the messages at once.

Talkspirit is a great tool for communication and project management. It is very intuitive and easy to work with. For remote working it allows to energise the links between coworkers with the "social media" aspect. You can also add great tools (Apps) to it for project management.

In my office, we have been using talkspirit for almost two years and so for we don't have any issue or difficulty. I can't say if there is something that I really dislike.

**What do you like best about Talkspirit?**

A professional social network for managing a small team. Fully functional work collaboration social network, including all necessary features like chats, projects or events, the Drive feature made it inspiring.

Drive is looking like as same as Google Drive but there is something more in Talkspirit Drive. There are a few more features like Plugins or Collaboration is available in spreadsheets, docs or slide.

It's more than an ordinary drive.

The android app is also fully functional and works great!

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

I have nothing for criticism, really an amazing app and super easy to use. But I think they could develop the app integration feature like Slack or another top category app!

TalkSpirit allows you to manage the team's projects while combining a chat, a drive, and project management. All in one!

It would be more practical to have dropdown menus to navigate between different parts of the same project (drive, chat, etc.) rather than having to open new tabs each time.

Working transversally across multiple departments allows for a smoother organization between two work meetings. We are more efficient!
