It has been of great benefit to ensure that the fluid flow of work processes is maintained and that the great talents remain in the company for much longer, where employee productivity can be improved when they have clear objectives and expectations, thanks to the objectives and performance modules offered by this tool. What do you like best?

When applying for different job postings and companies, TalentQuest helps narrow down all the applicants and select those with the needed skills for the position. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The system can sometimes boot out good candidates when scanning resumes because it didn’t find particular words in the job description, but the candidates can still have other skills listed that shows the have everything we still need in a hire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The implementation process was very bumpy, but the implementation team was incredibly helpful. They bent over backwards to find solutions for us that were honestly a little unfair to ask for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is very limited in customization. There were many features that we were promised up front that were still very far off on the product roadmap. This didn't become clear until implementation was at a point of no return. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Finally there is a one stop solution which is used for multiple aspects of talent management. Starting from recruitment, performance review, goal setting, data analytics, resource management are all part of this wonderful solution.
