What do you like best about Talentpair?

It is a hiring platform. First best think of this tool, it is very easy to use for any of our team members. It helps us to source best employees for our company. One thing that makes this tool different from other hirng tool, its AI because that it will be very easier to find best candidates from thousand of candidates and its helps to save so many time and resources. What problems is Talentpair solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employees is the main resources for any organisation and everyone wants to get best employees for their organisation. There are so many hiring tools in the market but we found Talentpair for this process and the reasin behind to choose this tool is its provide us best quality candidates for the recruiting process. We have a small organisation so as a sales manager firstly I have to find the candidates who can be selected for the next process of recruiting. We can use this tool and easily find best candidates in one click afterthat we suggest those candidates to the HR team so its saves our time and Hr time as well. It is very easy to use so we can manage both sales and recruiting process and it makes possible just because of this tool otherwise no one can handle two different work at a same time. What do you like best about Talentpair?

Talentpair is also like other Hiring platform but the one thing that make it different from others is it's AI sourced candidates that makes it easier for employee to source quality candidates.

It i sso easy to use and has a great User friendly Interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talentpair?

The only thing is AI should be more accurate sometimes it give inaccurate results. It has to focus on job industry of the candidates while sourcing.Example: If we search logistics project manager it shows result of IT project manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
