talend helped me and my colleagues tu create two job: the first one create csv files after the execution of multiple query in the database of our costumer, the second job insert the csv files into our database and execute a stored procedures to adjust the data in the csv. I like very much talend because it is easy to learn and i can find a lo of documentation in the forum and in the official documentation.

It is good to collect data from an application, transfer them as an XML file and send them to another application.
Give you the option to monitor the processing of the data.
Gives error logs in an easy format you could read.
