I love tadpoles because it makes daily reports so much easier for teachers. It also is quicker since you do not have to write everything in by hand. Unfortunately just like any software tadpoles can occasionally freeze up or need to be updated. It also can be kind of annoying when you have to edit certain information for kids who may have special lunch request or allergies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Convenience of using one app Or website for many tasks. Combining a communication tool with an electronic database for attendance records, documentation and lesson planning in one app makes it less difficult to juggle these tasks which improves the quality of work. Parent to teacher communication is limited to notes on daily sheet. No way for families to share photos to teachers. Process of sharing photos and videos could be improved by making it possible to select multiple photos/videos of one child at a time to be uploaded all together. Changes of information in student profiles, such as new homeroom after transition to the next age group, revert back to what they were previously 24hours later.
