# How has Tadpoles made your work experience better or worse?

I am always curious to see how others like or dislike using this app.

I loved using tadpoles at work. It helped me to remember to record info on daily sheets and helped to remind me when a child needed something. Parents loved getting daily photos and updates. It was easier to do attendance. My only criticism would be to enable the user to select multiple photos to upload at once and provide a way for parents to upload photos to share with the teachers of what the child is doing at home.

This system is a great way to know where all children are and teachers are at peak times such as morning, shift change, and evening. When used correctly and ideally, all staff and faculty are able to inform Heads of their whereabouts at the click of a button and simultaneously communicate with all parents effectively the highlights of routine happenings throughout the day (potty times, meals, and whom these are supervised by.)

My favorite part is history logging of past messages to keep parents assured all is well or additional notes to be given to assure surveillance and careful overseeing of unusual events, such as mild illnesses, trouble sleeping, or recovery from a new injury for example.
