I like the best an option to restore permanently deleted emails and view transaction logs solving production issues. 

**What do you dislike about SysTools Exchange Log Analyser?**

Its very good product. Nothing to dislike when you work with exchange server. 
I would say it costs money.

Main one - view transaction logs for problem resolution and recover emails.
