It is user friendly and gives out pretty accurate results. **What do you dislike about Delphic LIS?** There is a long time to start the machine and when shutting down the machine, it doesn't warn you to switch it off and then can cause problems the next day since then it will have very long turnaround times. **What problems is Delphic LIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** To compare the blood sample given out from the Medonic and the Sysmex to compare values and Sysmex tends to be easier. ### 3. Have not had any large-scale issues with Sysmex at my facility. **Recommendations to others considering Delphic LIS:** I do recommend this, but do not know enough about pricing and implementation to recommend it against other specific laboratory automation. **What problems is Delphic LIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows for my lab to maintain and improve turnaround times for testing, leading to quicker diagnosis and subsequent treatment for patients. ### 4.
