It's very easy to use. When I set up my NAS, it was the first application I used. I can easily access my files and share them with other cross-devices just like the general cloud storage. Also, it provides online documents like doc, sheet, and slide which work like Microsoft ones and it's integrative. The most important thing is that it's no license required! We are investigating the possibility of switching from Microsoft Office to Synology Office Suite due to the uncertain conditions in the US surrounding tech companies. Moving tabels in wordprocessing documts is not possible. Tables in spreadsheets are not converted, resulting in formula errors. Conclusion: not at viable solution!
