Syndigo has been a true partner for us at NOW. Whenever we have had issues or a list of wants/needs we feel are words are heard and Syndigo has been able to meet our highest priority needs everytime over our 3 year partnership. Digital Catalogs still seem like a throw away tool, they have seen very little updates in the time we have been using the program. Otherwise I have been very impressed with Syndigo from the application itself, to the great communication from all the teams I work with. What I love most about Syndigo is the incredible support and sense of urgency they bring to making sure we’re getting the absolute most out of the platform. When I first started, it honestly felt like learning a whole new language since this was outside my usual responsibilities and something I had never done before. Thankfully, our amazing Account Manager, Lenell, was there every step of the way. He took the time to walk me through each question—no matter how many I had—and never once lost patience.
