**What do you like best about Sync2CRM?**

The most notable aspect of my experience and the capability this program offers us is the possibility it gives us to synchronize some campaigns with customized audiences, and what this means in terms of saving time and advertising investment on contacts that would never be our true potential customer.

**What do you dislike about Sync2CRM?**

Despite the time savings this tool generates for us, it is a bet too directed at Facebook. For acquisition, it solves very adequately, but perhaps for a company like ours, we prefer more of a one-on-one approach.

**What problems is Sync2CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Above all, it is very effective when it comes to dispensing with CSV lists and ensuring precise synchronization, especially in such an important field as email itself. Additionally, it is true that it results in savings in specific advertising campaigns, as it helps us segment potential customers, and thus not invest in those who would never become customers in a particular campaign.
