Healthcare Source's Contingent Management software tools make it very easy to onboard, hire and schedule staff using one tool. The hiring, scheduling and confirming of employees is seamless and efficient. Candidates are able to complete all onboarding documents including any testing in one portal. The scheduling module gives you the ability to see who you have at a client site on a monthly basis while also allowing you to run reports for profitability by employee and client. The scheduling tool allows that candidates to enter their own availability for each location while also giving the employer access to modify shifts prior to confirming. The one change I would like to see is in the invoicing. The ability to modify an invoice, whether after it has been generated or before would be beneficial. I would like to see them add the ability to apply late fees per client that they system calculates for you as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is symplr Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you? Scheduling is done much more efficiently, giving us the ability to do more accurate reporting. The benefits we have realized center around efficiency, less duplication of staff showing up at sites. Better reporting on uncovered shifts and cancellations. Healthcare Source is an easy and effective way to track applicants and get them scheduled for an interview in a timely manner. The new text feature allows you to text candidates right from your computer screen. The email templates provided allow hiring professionals to send a variety of email to applicants - such as a custom email, invite to interview, welcome, pre-orientation, etc. I’ve been using this system for about 14 months every single day and it allows me to do my job effectively and efficiently while staying organized. Sometimes only one email template will generate for a candidate- so you have to delete that template info and type your own email. The system doesn’t allow you to send mass texts or emails to disqualified candidates- and I wish that it did because reaching out to candidates who have been disqualified previously is an essential part of hiring. There's a certain feature when people can edit shifts (times/locations/staffer) but after saving it just says "edited order" and doesn't leave details of what was edited. Software is pretty easy to use on my end. Not on the applicant end. The only issue is that they change every once in a while and do not notify you of the changes.
