We like that it connects to our HRIS - Infor GHR - directly

The updates are not communicated to us well - we can only have so many users and we usually learn about things after the fact.

**What problems is symplr Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We like that we can have an interactive candidate dashboard that has company branding
