Talent Manager is not one of the fanciest or most fully-featured ATS I have ever used. However, the support is top-notch. The careers website that is generated through Talent Manager is not very flashy for featured. We have had issues with searching for jobs by department, position title, and location. I like the added texting feature it has allowed us to reach our candidates sooner.
