Whenever I have an issue, I have someone to call, they can always help, or if they need to refer to their colleagues and get back to me later, they ALWAYS do. I think what is least helpful is the set up. It can be very difficult to find what you are looking for. Very often I have to call the help number to find what I am looking for. The classification system can get to be a bit overwhelming at times. Then when I do find what I am looking for, I often think it doesn't make sense where they classified it under. Before using symplr, invoicing would be a long and sometimes complicated process, but now it is very simple to invoice clients. I enjoy having everything in one place; we can manage our training and documentation. I have not been able to do so on other platforms. I want to recommend Symplr. I would like to have more training sessions for new inhouse employees and refreshers to our existing employees to maintain a high level of education for each person using symplr. I wish we could manually enter candidates and bypass the "application" process, because it skews the data since you can't mark someone as "hired" if they haven't logged in even though they have signed a contract!
