And at times it crashed. But then it again I haven't used it lately. **Recommendations to others considering symplr Clinical Communications:** I recommend that users try to understand that Doc Halo is user friendly and give it a chance! It's great being able to essentially text message between providers from the convenience of a personal cell phone. I can also easily review my entire schedule from the app and it will make me active in the app automatically according to the schedule as long as the app is running in the background. **What do you dislike about symplr Clinical Communications?** The app often lags when I attempt to navigate between pages--particularly when loading the calendar/schedule--sometimes requiring me to close out of the app and restart. The other major issue is that I can't have my iPhone on vibrate and still get volume for Halo messages; if you forget to turn your volume on or it accidentally gets switched to vibrate (which has happened), there's a solid chance you'll miss a message. **Recommendations to others considering symplr Clinical Communications:** Keep in mind that using Halo will require all users to have smartphones.
