## About Symaps
Location intelligence plaftorm for site selection, location planning and expansion strategy. Symaps helps clients through various industries (retail, luxury, restaurants, car charging stations,...) make better location related decisions. The platform combines and extract the value of various types of location data (socio-demographics, footfall, competitive environment, private data) to identify and score best locations. Many functionalities are available : visualize network coverage, explore catchment areas, compare locations, identify white zones, target new growth areas according to a predefined set of criteria, find similar locations, benchmark with competition,... Intuitive interface and easy visualization of layers of data on the map, import and export of data. Symaps platform operates globally & is currently used in 15 countries.

**What do you like best about Symaps?**

​Symaps helped us out enormously, delivering individualized support for our tasks. It has helped us make more educated decisions and plan our locations resulting in a good job. The broad choice of visualization options, from dynamic graphs to interactive maps, permits us to present our findings in a captivating way. Its programming languages are JavaScript and Python that's why it worked smoothly for me.

**What do you dislike about Symaps?**

The sheer amount of information can be overwhelming at times. When we give Latitude, and Longitude strings in the request object, Symaps does not accurately plot to snap to road data. It makes unwanted U-turns, circling due to which plotting is inaccurate. it does not have to have any of the latest updates.

**What problems is Symaps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Symaps freed me from place worries. The facts let me know where my clients hang out. Thus, I easily get new clients and make more money. The disadvantage is that Symaps does not allow for weather or other damage, road damage, or roadblocks. I was unable to use it offline without Data which was a bit of an issue for me.

**What do you like best about Symaps?**

It was a great tool to use for our practice. Mainly because we were able to get personalized recommendations specifically for our practice which was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Symaps?**

It's kind of on the expensive end. We coud'nt continue with the program because the doctor didn't want to pay for it.

**What problems is Symaps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the problem of getting more new patients for our practice because it targeted the people we need.
