The least helpful thing about Serenic Navigator is that the support and training service is not up to the mark as they never answer and not even care to reach out back to me, and if they answer they are too lazy to follow up on my queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sylogist solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business problems that Serenic Navigator is solving and benefiting me is that all the IT services is completely handled by them and I don't even have to check on them as they are always on the right track. What do you like best about Sylogist?

I've been using Serenic for a long time and have found that the quality provided is best, and always good to use. We can store personnel files in one place electronically. Its ability to export to Excel is very useful but a certain amount of formatting is required. It is an excellent tool for delivering and managing financial information. What do you like best about Sylogist?

Serenic Navigator can be quite intuitive if you understand what you are looking for. It is also easy to extract the information to excel and dissect it for whatever reason. The support website is also helpful when you know exactly what you are looking for! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sylogist?
