**What do you like best about Switchbird?**

I like how intuitive and easy it is to use even for people like me who have 0 experience in this domain. I just had to go on Youtube and watch a couple of videos to learn the basics and now I use Switchbird every day!

**What do you dislike about Switchbird?**

The only issue I had was when registering my payment method, my credit card just wasn't going through. I just had to reach out to the support team and they took care of the issue in less than 15 minutes.

**What problems is Switchbird solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we wanted to speed up the customer support and Switchbird is perfect to do so. The automation works great and customers love how fast ''we'' respond now. This also gives us more time to do other things since most of the customer service is handled by Switchbird now.
