I like being able to not only convert files, but also adjust them for quality all within the same space. Upload your audio file and make the adjustments you need (stereo, Mono) and convert it. It's super simple to use and doesn't need a lot to get started. The customer service is great and getting back to you and letting you know how to use their product. I have used this for over 2 years and was able to plug it into my audio working system to make better videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I only dislike this because it was something I had to learn to use it more effectively. I had to learn how to level out sound, instead of using an easy pre-set. Sometimes when it's not a simple audio file and there is distortion, you have to go in and manually adjust the audio's to get the best sound, when it could be a preset but it's not used.
