What do you like best about Swag Pro (by Swag.com)?

We have used Printfection for several aspects of our rebranding including employee swag and client gifts. My most recent purchase was for a branded tablecloth for a trade show. I know from our past purchases that the items they offer are high quality and that our orders will be handled quickly and with helpful customer service. What do you dislike about Swag Pro (by Swag.com)?
