**What do you like best about SurveySensum?**

The best thing about SurveySensum is it is easy to collect customer feedback across multiple channels. Also, this platform gives me strong analytics and sentiment analysis from the obtained survey, which is very helpful. This platform overall helps our team to understand the customer experience and pain points. Their dashboard makes it possible to visualise the customer scenario very clearly.

**What do you dislike about SurveySensum?**

Even though their platform is very powerful, their interface needs to be refined, as it is very difficult to understand at the beginning. And their reporting and customisation features should also be made deeper in terms of effectiveness.

**What problems is SurveySensum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform solves my problem of fragmented opinions by centralising all the customer feedback, with a feedback collection mechanism, which can be turned into actionable insights. It also provides us the proper metrics to track the customer and turn it into actionable insights. Their AI sentiment analysis does an excellent job.

**What do you like best about SurveySensum?**

I really appreciate how SurveySensum combines ease of use with genuinely useful AI-driven feedback analysis. The platform makes it simple to create and launch NPS, CSAT, and CES surveys that look professional and fit our B2B brand in Germany. We don’t need extensive training or technical support for this. The AI sentiment and thematic analysis is a standout feature, automatically categorizing open-text responses and saving our team hours of manual review each week. The initial setup was straightforward and faster than expected. The template library and the drag-and-drop builder made it easy to launch our first professional survey in just hours.

**What do you dislike about SurveySensum?**

One point is that the customization for survey logic and branching is a bit limited compared to some enterprise tools. For more complex B2B survey flows with conditional questions or skip logic based on previous answers, we sometimes need to use simpler structures than we’d prefer. One area that stands out for improvement is the user management and permission system, especially for larger B2B teams. Right now, the role settings are fairly basic—we can’t easily restrict access by team, region, or customer segment as precisely as we need. For a business with multiple departments and external stakeholders like account managers, more granular permissions would make collaboration safer and cleaner.

I use SurveySensum primarily for designing, distributing, and analyzing targeted feedback surveys, and I really appreciate its intuitive survey builder that incorporates logic and personalization. The drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to create surveys without needing any coding skills. I also like the skip logic and branching features, which allow me to tailor questions based on previous responses. This helps in asking specific follow-up questions, such as in cases where a customer rates CSAT as “poor.” Another feature I love is the custom branding option, which lets us match surveys to our clients’ logos and color schemes, significantly boosting response rates by 15–20% compared to generic tools.

**What do you like best about SurveySensum?**

I like how SurveySensum simplifies feedback analysis, especially with the AI insights and clean dashboards. It makes it easy to understand customer sentiment and quickly identify what needs improvement. With SurveySensum, I can centralize customer feedback and turn it into actionable insights. The platform helps by providing stronger analytics and better insights from open-ended responses than our previous tool. I also found the initial setup to be reasonably straightforward for basic surveys and dashboard configuration. The platform's interface is intuitive, which made starting without a steep learning curve possible. Once the initial integration steps were completed, the system ran smoothly, making survey creation and analytics user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about SurveySensum?**

While I find SurveySensum very useful overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. One is deeper integration with some of the tools we use regularly—for example, more seamless two-way data syncing with our CRM and support platforms would help reduce manual effort. Although the platform handles standard surveys well, more sophisticated conditional logic could make complex surveys easier to manage without external tools. AI features are pretty strong. Basically, I was conflicted between Qualtrics and Surveysensum. The deciding factor (apart from the cost), was the customer support and consultants who are willing to handhold if needed.

Almost nothing. Some integration hiccups but solved extremely quickly.

End to end integration of NPS system, across multiple platforms and touch points. Capturing and then providing a proper dashboard which gives actual insights and steps to increase the scores.

**What do you like best about SurveySensum?**

As a CCXP, I am a massive advocate of closing the feedback loop, learning about customer insights in an authentic way as well as having a platform that is easy to use and transparent in its reporting, helping to keep me updated on results and customer's insights promptly. 
The support for SurveySensum has been more than I expected, and the team is wonderfully open to feedback regarding their future roadmap, which is exciting to see. The different survey templates and workflows have become imperative in the process of managing customer survey feedback and understanding where our wins and opportunities are. Having results being so visual through the dashboard, we also now can see our CX metrics are improving with more of the team getting on board to use SurveySensum and engaging with real-time feedback and insights coming through the platform.

**What do you dislike about SurveySensum?**

I am looking forward to a few more CRM integrations, such as HubSpot and ActiveCampaign. Other than that, I am at a loss as to anything I could dislike from this platform. It's Qualtrics without the price tag.

**What problems is SurveySensum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a platform that can hold all customer survey insights, details, responses, and actions taken on the feedback has been a CX blessing. Using SurveySensum saves us from using other platforms that do a bit of surveying. Still, none of the CX governance, none of the customer experience improvement, and ultimately costs more to have multiple platforms that only do pieces of the work necessary. We have realized we can act faster on opportunities than we could before. We can recover customers sooner. We have amended our customer journey to mitigate several pain points that we were unaware of before using the proper survey templates and survey logic for those sections of the customer experience. Our team is experiencing more responses to feedback requests as we now go back and respond to feedback using SurveySensum to do it all.

Everything is simple and easy to use. The support team is as fast as light itself and you won't have much to complain. Pricing is much much less as compared to other alternates like Qualtrics and Medallia

There is nothing I can think of that I dislike about the platform except there is no Dark Theme ;p

It solves my everyday CX problems. Automating each and everything, triggered by certain events and also by responses given in the survey itself. I can create a survey for each touchpoint and work out the analytics from within the platform itself.

Survey Sensum has many useful features for running any EX or CX surveys, including a robust contacts database with embedded fields, giving you great control over surveys and responses. The support team is extremely helpful, and they are constantly developing the platform to include even more useful features. A great solution with many enterprise-level features at a reasonable price.

Any features I've found missing have been provided to the team and added to their roadmap, so they are very responsive to constantly improving the product.

We run our Voice of Customer and Employee Engagement surveys through Survey Sensum. The contacts database built into the system is a key feature that sets it apart from standard survey software and has been instrumental in ensuring the surveys provide traceable feedback across a multi-location business.

It's a great tool that is easy to use. It is very intuitive. I started using it without reading the instructions (typical!), but I actually managed quite well. Naturally, with the full intro, you can get that much more out of the system.

I can't say that there was anything that I actively disliked. I thought that the system provides excellent value for money compared to competitors and even with some more expensive solutions.

The best part is the level of customizing the platform offers, from custom question forms to reports. The Upside is that you can create a quick, simple survey or complex training material on the same platform.

None. After months of looking for a platform that fits our needs, SurverySensum is the only one that checked all of the boxes.

SurveySensum is a very capable tool that has multiple functionalities depending on your needs. The ability to run NPS, CES and CSAT surveys as well as custom your own surveys from scratch is undeniable value. When designed well, your surveys can unlock deep customer insights. The support team is also extremely responsive and ready to help you at a moment's notice.

**What do you dislike about SurveySensum?**

SurveySensum has many powerful features that were unfortunately not immediately obvious to me at first glance, and I needed the guidance of the support team to achieve my intentions. I have been spoiled by less powerful products with better documentation and UI/UX, and I have no doubt that the SurveySensum team is consistently working hard at improving both the product and the user journey.

If you have a clear idea about what you want to achieve in your CX, share it with the SurveySensum team and I am sure they will do everything in their power to help you achieve your ideals.

Its very easy creating survey using this platform, all the tools are easy to understand even for newbie. The report is also very engaging, and also describe in detail for my survey. Surveysensum team is always give the best support for me and team.

We still need to check on tagging since the AI function is new and needs more train to run smoothly.

Very intuitive product with a lot of great features. Tanuj has listened to all of our queries and comments and been incredibly helpful throughout our time using SurveySensum. I'd highly recommend using this software to anyone looking for a more powerful survey builder and analysis tool.

I cannot currently fault the product, I have raised a few features that I would like to see and the team at SurveySensum have taken note and keep me updated on their features being built.

It is the best platform we have come across to create beautiful and interactive surveys and customize them for our brand. Proprietary and UX were our core focus areas while using the tool

Custom integration with our app, insightful dashboard, and an excellent support team.

**What do you dislike about SurveySensum?**

There is no feature for survey throttling. And we have to manually setup the 4 surveys for the quarter. This leaves a little bit to be desired, bit they assured this is a part of the roadmap.

This tool helped us identify gaps and prioritize improvements. This helped us in increased retention and got us referrals.

This end-to-end platform helped us with the entire process of designing intuitive surveys, sending them on multiple channels, and automating the trigger-based workflows

So far nothing to dislike. The integration was quite tricky but their support team is the best there is.

The main issue we were facing was reaching out to the detractors as soon as they gave us a low score. SurveySensum’s automated workflows helped us resolve that. We have not only nurtured the relationships with our customers but their satisfaction and loyalty towards the brand have also increased.

Super easy, and intuitive program. Setting up an NPS Survey takes only a few minutes. Also, the support team is phenomenal and very quick to respond. And, the UI and UX are the best. Ability to add custom questions that are not present in other survey options.

Nothing as such, but I would like more drilled- down options while creating NPS.

Our efforts have been reduced by 4 times and the cost by 3 times. The better part of our time is now spent on customer retention and improving customer journeys. I couldn’t have been happier with anything else.

Creating Survey is really easy. 
I could share the survey via email or as a direct link.
Their support team is quite proactive even for the free model, The onboarding process was smooth. I was able to send my first survey within 15 minutes.

They do not allow trial sign up with personal emails.
