It helps us to get real time customer feedback by offering incentives to customers. Providing incentives helps us in obtaining more feedback and It also attract customers. I also love the way they show our analytics on dashboard. **What do you dislike about SurveyMe?** According to me, there is nothing to be condemned in SurveyMe. **What problems is SurveyMe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being a retail firm customer feedback is the only thing that helps us grow and SurveyMe is a great flexible and cost-effective way to capture unbiased feedback and reward customers. In the few times that I have used this application, I have not encountered any shut downs, malfunctions, or problems which speaks greatly to the overall use and effectiveness of the app. **What problems is SurveyMe solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not solving any particular business problems with "Survey Me". As part of my research requirements for my grad school class, I am using the app for my methods section of my research paper in which I formulate questions, distribute them to peers, and await responses. ### 5. It is easy to navigate through survey questions and complete the survey. I really did not like this app otherwise **What do you dislike about SurveyMe?** The primary premise of this app is to incentivize users to write a survey. The tag line says "instant rewards". So far from what I have experienced, these rewards are just an entry into sweepstakes- not actual rewards. Once you click on a reward from a list or map, there is no 'back' button. So you have to find rewards all over again which can be frustrating. **Recommendations to others considering SurveyMe:** Partner with more rewards providers in east coast area. **What problems is SurveyMe solving and how is that benefiting you?** None ### 6.
