Issuing bonds, tracking bids, creating invoices is all so fast and easy. Formatting bond forms is something that is also so much faster in Surety Flow compared to the old system we used to use. We use it all day, every day. **What do you dislike about Surety Flow?** Surety Flow has been great for our agency. At first we thought not having a bond library was a negative, but we found that we never used the bond library in the other systems anyway. We always uploaded and formatted the special bond form provided in the specs, or used one that was already saved in our system. **What problems is Surety Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?** It eliminates human error from manual, repetitive data entry. It also combines a bunch of different systems and steps into one centralized system. ### 2. By cloning the bid bond, you ensure that every field (project name, bond amount, effective dates, obligee language, etc.) is identical across submissions. That dramatically cuts down on typos or mismatches that could otherwise invalidate a bid. **What do you dislike about Surety Flow?** I would like to have custom date-format options and be able to choose between formats so the bond language always matches your obligee’s preference. **What problems is Surety Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Surety Flow is designed to tackle the classic pain-points of traditional surety bond workflows such as typos in bond amounts or dates and mismatched obligee language. Also faster turnaround! Issuance times drops significantly so the contractors get their bonds quicker! ### 3.
