**What do you like best about SunTec?**

Suntec product has been in industry for more than 25 years now. It covers billing, Mediation, pricing and covers major features. Can easily be used with multiple system throuhg its integratin engine.

**What do you dislike about SunTec?**

Because the product implementation timeline is very strict, the time available for development and implementation is quite limited. At times, employees have to work late into the night to make sure everything gets done on schedule. 
There are bugs due to this.

**What problems is SunTec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suntec has one of the best softwares for mediation, pricing and  billing. The product can be used anywhere were there is a transaction involved and primary users are Banks and Telecom.

**What do you like best about SunTec?**

Xelerate has demonstrated efficiency in providing in personalization for loyalty programs. It provides me with the ability to make promotions based on customers’ information, our participation in the program has improved greatly.

**What do you dislike about SunTec?**

I think It is a shame that integrating Xelerate with our current CRM has been a complete pain in the rear. Data transfer looks more like a chore and is sluggish thus slowing down the process of updating the customer’s profile and reducing efficiency of that coffer.

**What problems is SunTec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The pinpointing and segmentation of loyalty programmes to customers are a major innovation. It assist us in creating a bond with our customers and encourage them to continue patronizing our products. The benefit is being limited by data integration problems.

**What do you like best about SunTec?**

Xelerate gives me the option to analyze customers’ data and generate reports in time which makes it possible to adjust products and advertizing campaigns to customer needs. This has evidently enhanced the flow and satisfaction of customers by my team.

**What do you dislike about SunTec?**

There is the impression that the reports are rather of general accounts, which hinder providing detailed information regarding the specific processes that can be used for highly effective decision-making based on data analysis results.

**What problems is SunTec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The way we deal or work or engage with customers has been revolutionized by Xelerate. It allows to evolve our marketing strategies and be more precise with the targeting and prescribed solutions at the customer level.

Xelerate permits me to use client information to make designated contributions continuously. This has prompted a huge expansion in client commitment and fulfillment.

**What do you dislike about SunTec?**

The detailing and investigation abilities are shockingly frail. I can't break down the viability of explicit offers or recognize designs in client inclinations.

**What problems is SunTec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Xelerate has been useful for creating customized client encounters. By utilizing information and ongoing experiences, we can convey designated offers that reverberate with individual clients.

Xelerate corporate banking provides with the variety of range of banking solutions that helps in including finance options ,cash management solutions and many other products.
- A good financial expertise with a good customer service.

**What do you dislike about SunTec?**

The thing that I dislike about Xelerate corporate banking is that it's 
- Service fee or we can say it's transaction charges are high
- There is not easy access means there is limitations in the technology
.- The branches are limited

**What problems is SunTec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Xelerate corporate banking solve variety of problems like it helps -
-That it helps in customised financial solutions by under standing the need and goal of an individual customer.
- With the help of RM we can get the knowledge of different banking solutions.
- it helps us to be up to date with market trends.
