Functionality is garbage, it is convoluted and hard at times to find what you are looking for, accidentally click on a form that is right next to your assessment you want to do? Welp now you're going to have to jump through hoops to try and remove the incorrect form. This system is the MOST FRUSTRATING part about my job, and everyone else I work with thinks the same thing.
