It easily integrates with our AWS and Google Cloud services and then we can centralize all our logs and metrics in one place. The drawback of Sumo Logic is that with large data sets, it sometimes doesn’t update real time, so we can’t really get the real time insights that we need. The platform also has a steep learning curve for newbies regarding its advanced features, so onboarding ends up being more overlong than it ought to be.
