Work resources are literally at your fingertips! It has become my one stop locale for all things work! **What do you dislike about Strive?** I'm struggling to understand Your Challenges. It looks like it is there to encourage but I'm missing it. **What problems is Strive solving and how is that benefiting you?** It keeps all my medical and dental information together, including prescriptions and ID cards. Every job we did we had thousands of dollars wasted due to simple and correctable errors. The custom challenges allowed us to have employees track their quality of work and get rewarded. **What do you dislike about Strive?** Great support but wish there were more templates / pre-built content for us to leverage vs working with the STRIVE team and creating from scratch. Also would love to see a live ROI calculator for employee retention. **What problems is Strive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a blue-collar decentralized workforce and we struggled to create a strong company culture and identity. With limited tools and resources, we struggled to drive culture and employee behavior but STRIVE has changed that but allowing one connected solution for everything the employee needs. Employees now go to one place to access company communication, recognition, challenges, benefits, & so much more! ### 5. My overall experience as a worker is improved through gamification of different tasks and competitions between colleagues. My company is able to engage with me more efficiently, and I don't miss any important messages that used to be sent via email that I would ignore. **What do you dislike about Strive?** don't really see any downsides so far, everything that I use Strive for I like **What problems is Strive solving and how is that benefiting you?** How to understand what benefits I have and how I can receive them and then utilize them. We have a number of employees without desktop computer or email access, and we have found that the app is a way to increase engagement throughout the entire organization and it has fostered a sense of collective effort that we have not seen before. The employees also love the ability to access benefits information easily, rather than needing 3 or 4 separate apps to track benefits. **What do you dislike about Strive?** It would be great to have continued recommendations for content under the Explore banner to keep the section fresh and incentivize employees to continue engagement there. **What problems is Strive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Strive offers a touchpoint to what they care about in the organization, from individual needs such as benefits to company updates. We are able to get a single message out to the entire organization and employees can engage with colleagues to recognize an accomplishment or learn about work being done on other teams. All of these interactions have strengthened connections within each of our teams and there is a sense of ownership that people have in that they can personalize their app experience, share news, and get timely information. ### 8. Strive has allowed us to combine all of these into one solution, under our own brand name. Employees know where to go for critical communications, to connect with employees, and to understand their benefits. **What do you dislike about Strive?** I don't have any big dislikes. Would like the ability to create custom challenges that are most relevant to us. **What problems is Strive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consolidating disparate tools, allowing employees to stay connected to each other and to our organization, and helping them understand and utilize the benefits we provide.
