In my opinion, pricing is probably expensive for the start but in comparison to others, it's still cheaper. No user management — it would be nice to be able to have user specific content even if it was just basic. I get why they don’t have this but it would be nice. Biggest thing I don’t like is that they altered their usage policy and plans which is now costing my clients 3x what they were paying a few months ago with no added benefit.
