**What do you like best about Stannp.com?**

The website is user-friendly. It's easy to view the engagement per product. The dynamic QR and API integration has been a game changer when sending a high volume of cards to our customer. The Stannp team is always going the extra mile to ensure all steps, updates and changes are clear. They're always open to feedback and trying to make our experience and results better.

**What do you dislike about Stannp.com?**

Not having a "Last year" timeframe option for the single items on the report section. Another thing, adding a specif date manually as an option.

**What problems is Stannp.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the API and dynamic templates, I can send a large batch of cards in one go which used to be very time-consuming. It also easier to keep track on how many cards are being sent each week. Updating the design template is also simple.

**What do you like best about Stannp.com?**

I have always been impressed with both the platform and the service. The website is extremely simple and intuitive to use, making it easy to upload campaigns, manage mailings, and keep everything organised without unnecessary complexity.

The automation features are excellent. Being able to connect with other platforms and automate direct mail campaigns has saved us a significant amount of time and streamlined our processes. The platform also offers useful tools such as address verification, campaign scheduling, API integrations, virtual printing, and detailed tracking, which makes managing campaigns very straightforward.

The print quality and turnaround times have consistently been great, and overall the platform makes direct mail as easy to manage as email marketing.

**What do you dislike about Stannp.com?**

sometimes data can take a while to upload. not sure why? I only use CSV files which should be quick I imagine.

Direct mail solution which used to take me an entire day to process manually. Frees up time and staff resources.

**What do you like best about Stannp.com?**

I really like the option to view the example letters before they are sent out. This gives my team the opportunity to make sure everything looks precise and accurate and gives us a sneak peek into what the customer is going to see. It helps us better edit or adjust our designs if necessary. Additionally, Stannp makes it seamless to have one source for distributing a wide variety of letters to an even wider variety of individuals. The initial setup was very easy as Stannp made it clear what was needed and made it easy to adjust designs once uploaded into the system.

**What do you dislike about Stannp.com?**

I wish the payment page would be adjusted. We always pay for letters using the balance on our account, but the default setting shows the credit card on file. If it could recognize our balance and use that as the default payment method, it would eliminate some confusion.

**What problems is Stannp.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Stannp.com to seamlessly distribute a wide variety of letters efficiently and ensure accuracy with example previews before sending.

I love Stannp.com's user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to dispatch a lot of letters remotely without additional expenses. The reporting feature is also a highlight for me. Their help desk is fantastic; I've had the same rep for 2 years, and she's been wonderful. The platform is reasonably priced and accessible. Training people on it was straightforward, which has been a big plus for us. Whenever I've had questions, my experience with the account reps has been great. The initial setup was a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Stannp.com?**

We don't use it for the intended marketing context and you can tell that's where the birth of the company was. It would be better to use certain mailing templates for repeat mailings we have to do - we kinda have to recreate on each campaign. It would be great if we had one campaign we could duplicate but just update the doc over and over. Instead, we have to have the template list on our server and then do a new campaign each time.

I use Stannp.com for sending mass mail easily with a user-friendly interface, avoiding legal process server expense, and getting quick support for any user errors.

I find Stannp.com valuable for mass mailings to potential members. The ability to save templates and operate as a self-serve platform has been a great experience. I especially like that we can complete the mailings entirely ourselves and enjoy the customization capabilities. We send out several letters and mailers monthly, and Stannp.com allows us to create custom designs with our logos, which is really helpful. The initial setup was easy, and overall, the platform meets our needs well.

I don't like the way the receipts come into my email now. It used to include a PDF attachment of the invoice which made it easy for expense reports. Now I have to download each invoice individually from the website.

I find Stannp.com incredibly useful for sending letters and postcards where our services are available. As a one-person department, the platform makes it easy to design a postcard or letter using a template, upload my address list, order printing, approve the art, and mail everything from one place. I appreciate the immediate proof feature and the competitive pricing. It’s nice not having to wait on another person, and the support has been helpful when needed. I also like that it doesn't matter how small or large the job is; it always works the same. Getting a good approximation of the status of the mail and confirmation of delivery is really valuable. The initial setup was easy, and I can barely remember it.

I don't have anything that stands out. Maybe I don't understand the exact use of the QR code. I always bring my own into the design and that may not be efficient.

We have used Stanpp 3 years in a row now and have found the service really helpful for our large mailings. Nico is always super responsive and has helped us out if we've had any trouble with the account, though the system has generally been very intuitive and easy to use!

It would be useful to be able to upload existing templates into the system, rather than building everything from scratch.

I like Stannp.com's automation feature; it's really great because it eliminates the need for manual processes and having to remember to send out mailers. Also, I appreciate that the postcard creation tool is available on the platform. It's okay, not bad at all, and I like that it's accessible directly there. Another handy feature is the direct billing to our store locations, which means billing doesn't have to go through corporate.

There seems to be some funky things going on with updates or coding. The postcard creation tool works fine but it's trying to be like Canva and has some weird functionality sometimes with saving or formatting. I really wish there was an align option.

What I like most is the convenience and speed. Being able to upload my designs, adjust the customization options, and place an order at any time—without having to visit a physical shop—makes the entire process feel much more efficient and straightforward.

There have been a few changes made this year that have reduced the number of users. Also, having a default credit card on file is something we’ve been getting used to. It’s been charged accidentally a couple of times instead of using the account funds, which hasn’t been ideal.

Saving time and improving efficiency across several projects has been key for me. Even the help chat has been extremely helpful, making it easier to use each component in the best possible way.

I like Stannp.com because it's easy to use and they have good support. We have a direct line to our account manager, Anton, which makes it easy to speak to him directly. It's reassuring knowing there’s a human there in case things go wrong, and I feel well looked after. I also find it easy to review the letter before sending, tweak and personalize it.

It takes a bit of time to get used to and find best practices, but you can work with the account manager on it. Could potentially look at a UI/UX upgrade, but it works, especially for B2B.

I like how easy it is to top up the account and how responsive our account manager is (Nico!). The design tools are easy and simple to use, allowing someone with design skills to create a professional letter easily and quickly. The account managers being responsive makes sure that any changes or amendments needed on the account can happen quickly. The initial setup of Stannp.com was very easy.

I've had very occasional issues with uploads of send lists. Sometimes the send list never loads up, and I have to redo it. I guess it's just a bug that they can easily sort.

I use Stannp.com to handle our bulk letter sends, as we lack the resources to print, pack, and post them ourselves.

I love the extremely great, quick support from our incredible account manager, Joelle Brunetto at Stannp.com. It's really reassuring knowing that if I run into any issues, she is there to help. She knows our needs and advocates for us.

I don't like the checkout process because I would love to be able to add multiple pieces and checkout all at once instead of one-by-one. Also, better reporting capabilities and personalization tokens on creative would be great. I wish for a feature to track and remove returned pieces. Finally, I would love better integration capabilities as we currently use it with our CRMs.

I found Stannp.com very easy to use and price competitive. Nico at Stannp.com was brilliant to work with, especially for my first time sending letters in bulk. They made the whole process easy. What I needed was a really quick turnaround, and they helped with everything, including data and formatting requirements, and advised on the design to ensure it works with address. It was a pretty seamless experience, and because of all this, I'd recommend them.

Being able to schedule mass mailer campaigns months in advance has been a huge help, and their support staff have always been quick and genuinely helpful whenever we need a last-second adjustment to a campaign.

**What do you dislike about Stannp.com?**

The only downside to stannp is the lack of variation offered for what kinds of paper finishes/weights they have available for postcards. The majority of our marketing outside of stannp is all on matte postcards and stannp only offers glossy at the moment.

Stannp saves us a lot of time when we need to get mailers out, and it helps us connect with many new customers using a professional-looking piece of marketing material.

I find Stannp.com quite easy to use, which is a big plus. The quality of the letters is very good, providing a professional touch to our communications. It also saves us time, making our workflow more efficient. The initial setup was very smooth, thanks to Ross's assistance.

Sometimes it gets stuck loading the database but refreshing the browser solves it.

I really appreciate how Stannp.com helps with artwork layouts provided by our design team and makes setting up campaigns on their system straightforward. Their staff are incredibly responsive and willing to get hands-on to fix problems, which is fantastic. The team's support enables us to be responsive and efficient in ways that wouldn't be possible otherwise. I also find the platform UI intuitive and fast, making the initial setup very simple.

Not so much a dislike the online platform isn't something I have my head around or use at all - we tend to just email artwork and customer lists over, which suits our needs just fine!

The customer service is great. I’ve been working with Allan and the Stannp team for about a year now, and they’ve always been proactive and helpful; whether it’s resolving any issues for us or offering advice on optimising campaigns. The platform is straightforward to use, and the API integration works well.

**What do you dislike about Stannp.com?**

The reporting dashboards are due for an update. I know the team is already working on this, and I’m looking forward to being able to view and analyse the platform data more effectively.

Retargeting existing customers and prospecting for new ones. We’ve trialed a few different campaigns, and happy with the success of direct mail. It has been an effective re-engagement channel for reaching users our emails aren’t getting through to.
