We use Stamped to manage our customer reviews and ratings on Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels. As our entire business and sales channels are digital, Stamp's excellent integration allows us to realize the benefits of convenience, a central tool to manage thousands of reviews, as well as easily choose and display the reviews that we want to show off to our customers. Due to the sheer volume of reviews we receive on our platforms, we oftentimes also receive spam reviews or inappropriate reviews, Stamped's straightforward interface allows both old and new staff to jump on and manage the process or tasks without much training or handholding.
