What do you like best about StackTome?

Stacktome has proven to be an excellent platform, highly user-friendly with a wide range of automation and integration possibilities. The results we’ve achieved so far have been outstanding, and we are extremely satisfied with them. I had been searching for a platform like this for a long time, and Stacktome perfectly fits our needs. Its price-to-quality ratio is also ideal for our organization. What do you dislike about StackTome?

Setting up the platform for our organization was challenging at first. However, this can vary depending on the organization and the way you want to work. Some of the guidance and explanations could have been clearer. Certain terms that are obvious to Stacktome may be unfamiliar to beginners who are just starting with the system.

On the other hand, whenever we reached out via email with questions, we received quick responses. They actively thought along with us and provided suggestions on what they considered to be the best approach. It does require an initial investment of time, but you get a lot in return. What do you like best about StackTome?

What do you like best about StackTome?

Speaking from a technical side of things the amount of integration options between StackTome, our ecommerce platform, support software and Google suite don't exist anywhere else.

Setup and support from Evaldas and the team has always been quick and clear and they also go the extra mile to think of future use cases, account for them, and offer new features and changes as them come available.

Automating the review process and replies into our Zendesk and customer service team is saving us heaps of time and allowing us to engage with our customers more.

What do you dislike about StackTome?

What do you like best about StackTome?

Since we started our collaboration with Stack Tome we have managed to significantly improve our Trustpilot rating.

Thanks to its easy integration with our system and at the same time its APP with Zendesk, it allows us to manage positive and negative reviews in an efficient and AI-automated way.

We appreciate the proactivity of the staff in proposing ideas to improve and take benefit of using that tool.

What do you like best about StackTome?

The idea behind it is brilliant, much easier to use, much more review centric. Most review tools require a PHD before you can use it fully, with Stacktome you can start collecting reviews in 5min, super easy implementation and after 20min you have everything the way you want it, with better customer care (Thank you Evaldas), and for a lot less money. After setup I never used the tool again and the reviews just flow in. It integrates well with Shopware and Shopify as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
