**What do you like best about StackTome?**

The performance in terms of results has been impressive. Since implementing StackTome, we’ve seen a tangible lift in our conversion rates and a steady increase in the volume of reviews coming in. It does the heavy lifting of gathering social proof effectively. Beyond the numbers, the support is the best part of the experience. They are incredibly responsive and actually help you optimize the tool rather than just sending you to a help doc.

**What do you dislike about StackTome?**

The product works very well, but, some of the UX is quite functional and could be more refined.

**What problems is StackTome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Much better control over our review invite campaigns, we can send more reminders with more control over the message content leading to a much higher conversion rate than natively on our review platforms.

**What do you like best about StackTome?**

Stacktome has proven to be an excellent platform, highly user-friendly with a wide range of automation and integration possibilities. The results we’ve achieved so far have been outstanding, and we are extremely satisfied with them. I had been searching for a platform like this for a long time, and Stacktome perfectly fits our needs. Its price-to-quality ratio is also ideal for our organization.

**What do you dislike about StackTome?**

Setting up the platform for our organization was challenging at first. However, this can vary depending on the organization and the way you want to work. Some of the guidance and explanations could have been clearer. Certain terms that are obvious to Stacktome may be unfamiliar to beginners who are just starting with the system.

On the other hand, whenever we reached out via email with questions, we received quick responses. They actively thought along with us and provided suggestions on what they considered to be the best approach. It does require an initial investment of time, but you get a lot in return.

**What problems is StackTome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the major advantages is that Stacktome takes over the manual task of sending review invitations. This process is fully automated, including reminders for customers who have not yet left a review. They also provide tools to monitor multiple review sources and offer widgets that allow you to publish reviews directly on your website.

**What do you like best about StackTome?**

The most impressive features for us have been the email integration and marketing automation. Thanks to these, we can target our customers with personalized offers that actually resonate with them. Campaigns almost run themselves now, and the efficiency of our marketing efforts has reached a whole new level.

We have absolutely no complaints about Stacktome – everything works flawlessly and delivers real value. Highly recommended!

Implementing Stacktome has been one of the best decisions we've made for our women's fashion online store. Within just a few weeks, we noticed a significant improvement in both our sales performance and customer engagement – in ways we honestly didn’t expect.

This isn't just a tool – it's a true growth partner that helps us sell more, better, and smarter.

**What do you like best about StackTome?**

Speaking from a technical side of things the amount of integration options between StackTome, our ecommerce platform, support software and Google suite don't exist anywhere else. 

Setup and support from Evaldas and the team has always been quick and clear and they also go the extra mile to think of future use cases, account for them, and offer new features and changes as them come available.

Automating the review process and replies into our Zendesk and customer service team is saving us heaps of time and allowing us to engage with our customers more.

The platform itself is very easy to use, and initial setup from StackTome was very easy for us.

**What do you dislike about StackTome?**

There were some bugs during implementation but the support to identify and fix them was same or next day and the end result is something we can't get anywhere else.

**What problems is StackTome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackTome solves many problems for our business. It consolidates reviews from Google, Trustpilot and our own Neto reviews into one place, making displaying helpful reviews to customers incredibly ease. Previously this wasn't possible and also required manual tasks and work to make it happen. Now this is all automated and customers can be better informed about the products their purchasing

The integrations by StackTome to link review replies from Trustpilot and Google into Zendesk is a huge bonus for us. Also leveraging an AI response that our agents can instantly approve or edit then reply to customers has saved us hours in support time, but also allowed us to reply to customers we previously wouldn't have unless we went searching in these platforms.

Nothing that I can think of, they are a breath of fresh air in a world that charges extra for everything; Stacktome do it the old-fashioned way, and they deserve success for their approach to their product and service.

StackTome primarily tackles the challenges of gathering and managing customer feedback across multiple platforms (like Trustpilot and others). **What do you like best about StackTome?**

Since we started our collaboration with Stack Tome we have managed to significantly improve our Trustpilot rating. 
Thanks to its easy integration with our system and at the same time its APP with Zendesk, it allows us to manage positive and negative reviews in an efficient and AI-automated way.
We appreciate the proactivity of the staff in proposing ideas to improve and take benefit of using that tool. 
Highly recommended.

Nothing. So far we do not have any issue with the tool

The way we manage our reviews. All positive reviews are handled by AI -automation and thanks to that our customer service team saves a lot of time.
For the negative reviews thanks to the Zendesk APP, we are able to handle as tickets and then try to convert into a positive.

**What do you like best about StackTome?**

We have been using StackTome for 3 months to generate product and service reviews.
StackTome has a competitive pricing and it was very easy to integrate with Prestashop.

**What do you dislike about StackTome?**

The initial sales call was not very good. I was looking to see a product demo right away and had to answer a questionnaire to see if it was fit for me.

**What problems is StackTome solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had been using another solution to get Google Reviews but they were not verified. As moved the US market it was also clear that Trustpilot was the review platform leader.
We needed an affordable solution to have product and brand reviews on Trustpilot. We were able to get 500 verified reviews in less than 3 months.

StackTome has been super helpful throughout - from campaign set up to troubleshooting. Very easy to work with and prompt in respond.

There were occassional delays in sends but they got them pushed through each time, so no complaints really.

**What do you like best about StackTome?**

The idea behind it is brilliant, much easier to use, much more review centric. Most review tools require a PHD before you can use it fully, with Stacktome you can start collecting reviews in 5min, super easy implementation and after 20min you have everything the way you want it, with better customer care (Thank you Evaldas), and for a lot less money. After setup I never used the tool again and the reviews just flow in. It integrates well with Shopware and Shopify as well.

What's not to love about it? Nothing. Whoever reads this, yes you need StackTome in your business. And yes, the price is too good to be true.

Writing customers to review the product.

I recommend StackTome to all business owners and marketers who wish to easily reach their existing customers in social media and Adwords and make them loyal clients.

Marketing segmentation for Facebook ads and Adwords. The system allowed me to reach existing customers by segmenting them to groups and get much more revenue.
