Used by one of our business units for sales quoting purposes, this tool is easy to learn and simple to use.

**What do you like best about SRA?**

The amazing support team that is ready to help when needed, the highly customizable nature of the tool, the affordable pricing, and the extensive functionality that is available for sales quoting.

**What do you dislike about SRA?**

Owing to the nature of the tool, we have it customized to fit our needs. However, every new request for any changes takes a little bit more time than expected.

**What problems is SRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales quoting for one of our business units is made easy by using SRA. Since having it integrated with Salesforce in the past little while, it has helped us streamline the sales quoting process.
