The look feels 'outdated'. The font size is so small, it's hard to read and the colors and charts feel a bit 90's. We were able to quickly & easily figure out how to use the system. Far more valuable than Google Console reports because I'm always wondering, what are the commonly-searched keywords and phrases in our space where we are not yet ranking, yet our competitors are? SpyFu has uncovered a treasure trove. As we try PPC, I look forward to using Spyfu to help us target. I like the fun interface. It helps make the mind-numbing tasks interesting. **What do you dislike about SpyFu?** I had to upload most of the keywords from our Google Console reports because they weren't already in SpyFu. Adding them was easy -- I had a cut n paste list from Excel. But it took awhile for the system to add them to our reports. Now the keywords are in there, and we're getting valuable info about them. The majority of keywords for us and competitors show as having 0 estimated clicks, 0 monthly searches. Really? Some seem like they would get more searches than is being reported. Or, maybe this is what it is. All the information given is great but can quickly get overwhelming. I'm developing my own prioritization approach. Offering recommended ways to prioritize and act on the SpyFu findings would enhance the service. Or maybe this exists and I haven't found it yet. **Recommendations to others considering SpyFu:** Definitely use the tutorials at help.spyfu.com, especially if you are a smaller business without dedicated SEO expert resources. SpyFu is like a detective novel that unfolds and the further you go into it, the more "a-ha's" you get out of it. **What problems is SpyFu solving and how is that benefiting you?** Immediately after using SpyFu, we made keyword targeting changes which nearly immediately led to increased inbound leads for a product. They're still going through pipeline but some have converted to customers already. These are customers who may not have found us without the SEO work we did as a result of SpyFu.
