The best things about SpyFu are the ability to send automated reports to our team, and our clients, the number of features, the ability to implement strategies and integrate it into our daily methods, and the high level of customer support. What do you like best about SpyFu?

I really like Spyfu over their competitors like SEMRush because it's much easier to understand the data and less busy on the dashboard. I also love their reports and tutorials as it makes it easy to understand how to create comparative reports for keyword analysis. The best thing about SpyFu is their customer support. Just very easy to deal with and they are very fast at helping you out. I spoke to Danielle recently and was simply blown away by the no-nonsense, straight to resolving issue approach and very friendly. I really think their biggest strength outside of being a comprehensive and robust SEM and SEO tool is their level of support. TOTAL GAME CHANGER. Really appreciate your help Danielle !! What do you dislike about SpyFu?

There's actually not a whole lot I don't like about it. The platform as I said before is very easy to use and it does take some time to get through all their different things that they offer so I think the best approach is to consume their content over a few weeks but using their platform regularly to get well acquainted. What do you like best about SpyFu?

The best thing about SpyFu is its fast access to ranking histories, backlink strategies, and SEO analysis. In addition, you can get a brief overview of the top organic keywords, top paid keywords, estimated monthly SEO clicks, expected monthly PPC clicks, top pages, backlinks, and other relevant information about the domain. What do you dislike about SpyFu?

The least helpful thing about SpyFu is inaccurate data sometimes. SpyFu's data is inaccurate. Lack of search engine distinction sometimes SpyFu doesn't differentiate between traffic from Google and other search engines. No keyword trend data. "They charge me for services I never approved be careful"

What do you like best about SpyFu?

What do you dislike about SpyFu?

They charged us $99 without getting our permission for 3 months. Nevertheless, they didn't even send invoices for the charge and we discovered it from our credit card charges. When trying to contact them, I encountered a chatbot that doesn't understand what I want and there is no human to speak with. "SpyFu is Easy to Use and Extremely Helpful Customer Service"

What do you like best about SpyFu?

SpyFu allowed me to check them for a "free" trial. Actually, this meant that I was able to pay for the tool and once I'd explored the features, I was able to cancel my subscription instantly by using their chat feature to cancel and ask for a refund. They gave me no hassle and I was instantly canceled and refunded. Never seen this before, no fuss, no questions, just kindness. I love their tool for spying on competitors Google Ads, but the competitor I was searching wasn't running ads, so I needed to allocate my clients spend elsewhere. That said, I trust SpyFu because they're here to help, and it's refreshingly easy to use with no strings attached. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cost effective suite of tools providing search query research, SEO and competitor benchmarks, PPC analysis and more.

Some additional UK updates required but for the price a great addition to the tool-box.

What do you like best about SpyFu?

My team uses the SpyFu keyword research tool, domain analysis tool, etc pretty extensively.

Anytime we want to get topic ideas for content, we use Spyfu.

Anytime we want to know the type of language to use in our content, we use Spyfu.

We also use their app for a lot of strategic planning and decision making (e.g. finding opportunities to sell our prospects, etc).

What do you dislike about SpyFu?

The only downside is some of the domain analysis doesn't seem fully accurate. But it does seem directionally accurate.
