I like that the dashboard is so user-friendly. I'm able to get to whatever I need pretty quick and all of the interfaces are easy to use. I especially like the smart inbox that brings in all of our responses from all over our social media channels. We're able to really understand what the sentiment is like, which is very important to our senior leadership as they are risk averse. The smart inbox feature makes Sprout Social valuable to me because I am able to understand the pulse of our digital home online. And I'm able to keep my senior leaders up to date on what people are saying. We're also able to inform our content based off of the chatter that we hear all over the Internet, which is allowing us to have better customer service and also answer questions more efficiently. I love everything from the customer service to the dashboard to the insights that we receive. We connect our Sprout Social to Canva, and that has really helped us streamline our approach to content because we're able to create in Canva and move it right into Sprout Social. I would rate the ease of setting up Sprout Social a nine out of 10. I really appreciate how intuitive Sprout Social is, especially the calendaring feature. Seeing the posts I have drafted for a particular day and having an entire month's worth of content prepared and ready ahead of time is really helpful. It's great not having to plan uploads day by day. The platform allows scheduling posts based on the timestamp we've provided, which saves time. It's valuable because it allows multiple people to have input on what should go up for the month, and everything is laid out in one place. I've come to love the tagging feature as well. Simple to add multiple to each post if needed, and removing doesn't affect the rest of the tagged posts.

I wish social listening was included with the enterprise account. They let you temporarily make a query but it would be very nice to be able to measure mentions of our accounts and overall brand sentiment.

So far, I have not used the software for long enough to gauge potential problems or performance issues. It has done everything promised and we have received training with the implementation consultant on key features, all of which we have started implementing. One thing that could be improved is self-guided trainings within the software itself. The dashboard is a little overwhelming at first, as there are many icons to click on.
