What do you like best about Sprii.io?

Sprii helps us, as a small business, reach a much wider audience with our products. Instead of relying on a limited customer base in a small rural town in Denmark, we are able to sell to customers across the entire country. Sprii also provides an outstanding level of customer service, with a dedicated team that is always ready to assist whenever we need support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprii.io?

There is nothing I dislike about Sprii. However, one feature I have always wished for is barcode integration between Sprii and Shopify. This would allow us to run live sales without any preparation, as we could simply scan products as we present them, rather than having to prepare each item in advance. What do you like best about Sprii.io?

What I like most about Sprii.io is how easy it is to use for live shopping. The direct integration with Shopify makes managing products and orders seamless, which saves us a lot of time during our live sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sprii.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sprii's system is extremely easy to understand for the customers, and the conversion is great! It makes it much more easy, because the customers just write the code, made by you in the commentfield, and the Sprii system does all the rest! What do you like best about Sprii.io?

The user interface is easy to understand as it is. When we wanted an extra feature, the support was very helpful. When we said we were going to integrate Sprii with a webshop such as Shopify, the support sent me a link of how to do the configuration. Enabled us to go live simultaneously across several social platforms with the backend support to run it like a true live shopping show Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprii.io?

The platform is improving by the day to include options to update and change campaigns and associated support much more quickly and easily. That was the only frustrating part at the start. Would be good to be able to easily add insta stories to the event posts rather than just the feed posts and also look at an integration with TikTok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
