Great opportunity to upload CSV files with products, prices, and variants. Good reports with sales information for accounting.

During live use, the dashboard is nice to use, providing a good overview.

The dashboard could be improved with the option to look into the order section, for example, when clarifying purchase questions. It is expensive for a small business owner, I would like it to be possible to send at a cheaper price even on one's e-commerce, to be able to reach more people. But also on TikTok. It's not good that you can't use an Android. It complicates things for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sprii.io Increases Our Online Sales Efficiently"

What do you like best about Sprii.io?

I use Sprii.io for my online sales strategy on Facebook, and I get a lot of sales from it. I really like that I can watch live what I sell, and the personal contact with our customer is very nice by using the system. We don't have to send private messages ourselves when a customer orders something; this is done by the system for us. The initial setup was very easy, and if I needed help, I could be assisted by the Sprii team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that Sprii.io is continuously accessible. If something goes wrong, I can call them immediately and there is always someone to help me, even from Scandinavia. It is very important that they think along well and understand how we organize our business operations. They provide advice and come up with tailored solutions. The customer service is very nice; they respond quickly via email and speak good English, making everything very easy and discussable.
